WALDO documentation

WALDO isn't a closed system. It's a data platform — every market analysis, employment decomposition, and supply forecast you run can flow directly into the tools your team already uses. These docs explain how.

You don't need to know how to code to use this. The CRE-professional sections (top of each page) tell you what each thing is, why it matters, and what to hand to your integrator. The technical sections below them tell your integrator (or Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor) exactly what to build. You can paste a link to either page into an AI chat and have the AI do the wiring.

What you can build

  • Slack channel that pings when an analysis you requested finishes — with the headline employment numbers in the message body.
  • Google Sheet that auto-updates with every new analysis: market, status, location quotient, completion date, link to the WALDO results.
  • Notion database where every closed deal automatically gets a page with the underlying market analysis embedded.
  • AcquisitionPRO® / CRM automation that adds a note to a contact's record the moment an analysis on their target market completes.
  • Custom dashboard for your team showing live status of in-flight analyses + the last 30 days of completions.
  • Claude / ChatGPT integration where you can ask "what's the location quotient for healthcare in Cuyahoga County in my latest WALDO analysis?" and the AI pulls it live.

Tier requirements

API access — keys, webhooks, MCP, native integrations — is included on Professional and Enterprise plans. Basic users will see an upgrade prompt in the dashboard. Compare plans →

Support

Every API response includes a request ID in the X-Request-ID header. When you reach out, including that ID lets us pull the exact audit-log entry for your call. Open a support ticket at acquisitionpro.io/support.
